Returns Policy


At Infinite Edge, we strive to provide amazing apparel and specialty gear for every order. Purchaser understands that items must be counted and inspected and any concerns communicated within 5 Business Days of receipt of items. You may be asked to send us back the item(s) in question or to provide us with a photo or multiple photos. The item(s) in question must be UNUSED (i.e. player tried on their pair of pants that will not fit, but the size sample of the same size and same item did fit, and this player CANNOT use the pants for the games or practice). 

We will replace UNUSED items that are erroneous or defective by OUR mistake as soon as possible, provided that you follow the instructions given by our support team so that we can best help you.

We highly recommend NOT personalizing items for a group sale so that items can be traded around and minimize the amount of reorders needed (provided the organization/team/representative ordered incorrect sizes).

We are not responsible to replace items at no charge or provide refunds for errors caused by:

  • You or a person affiliated with you (i.e. organization member or family member) entering in the wrong size in an order.
  • You or a person affiliated with you (i.e. organization member or family member) entering misspelled names on an order.
  • You or a person affiliated with you (i.e. organization member or family member) adding a person more than once on an order by mistake
  • Disliking the colors that were explicitly chosen and approved by you or a person within your organization
  • Not revising names to all CAPS when advised by your rep that they were in a different format
  • Not revising sizes to the proper gender when advised to (i.e. entering in Youth sizes for Girls)
  • An error (i.e. misspelling of a team name or a logo you didn't intend to keep) that was approved by you on the Art, Mini, and Full Size Sample
  • Wrong or duplicate player numbers entered by you or someone you had enter in numbers on behalf of you on the Order Form
  • Improper use of our size samples or improper use of our size charts
  • Our shipping carriers (UPS, DHL, or USPS) lost a box or boxes containing your order or part of your order


ALL DEPOSITS AND SALES ARE FINAL and NONREFUNDABLE unless explicitly noted in writing or at the discretion of Infinite Edge. We proceed forward in our process upon receiving payments. Payments are used to secure fabrics, services, and product and will be used towards the order unless specified otherwise.

RETURNS are made at the expense of the Purchaser unless Infinite Edge determines they will provide you with a label (this is only done on a case-by-case basis). 

Once your UNUSED returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of providing you with a replacement or a refund. Items that are sold by outside vendors MUST be unopened and unused and are subject to varying restocking fees. Infinite Edge pass along these charges to our customers.

At our discretion and approval, when a replacement cannot satisfy the issue, we will move forward with a refund. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed forward, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a check will be issued to the appropriate payee to cover the amount refunded.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you still do not see a refund, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take a specific period of time before your refund officially posts to your account.

If we have sent you a check, please allow standard postage time for it to arrive to you. We will notify you by email when the check has been sent.

ALL closeout sales items are FINAL and cannot be returned and/or exchanged.


We replace items if they are defective or damaged per a PRODUCTION error. 

This includes items not made to our size specifications or if you were provided with inaccurate size charts or samples.


Shipping charges provided on our orders and invoices assume that all items will be shipped together. If items are broken into multiple shipments, shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect accordingly. If you ordered a mix of items with different timelines, everything will ship out together according to the item with the longest timeline.

Orders can ship via UPS, DHL, and USPS. Expedited Shipping is available on an order-to-order basis only and you will be responsible for paying the extra charges. Paying Expedited Shipping charges does NOT guarantee that your order will ship immediately, as some items must be produced before shipping to you, but we will ship your order per the method chosen when it is ready. 

While we typically strive for 2-3 business day transit time for most orders, delivery couriers can have delays out of our control and/or some addresses are rural and require additional transit time. Please consider this when placing your order or returning any items for replacement.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s) to us and for returning any samples to us that we have provided you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will not proceed forward with replacement products until receiving your items to our office for review – This is primarily because we need to determine the best solution for your situation as soon as possible (the best solution might not be exact replacements!). The faster we receive your items, the faster we can help you.


Infinite Edge does not control shipping couriers. All orders do NOT include shipping insurance by default. Insurance is at the discretion and responsibility of the Purchaser if they would like to have it in place to protect their investment.
